The Continent of the Ninth Seal (C9) is an action MORPG. You can chose a character and go on Quests, level up and unlock stuff. There are four base classes -- Fighter, Hunter, Shaman, and Witchblade -- and each can upgrade into multiple advanced classes, all of which are unique in their skills, visuals, and play styles. The console-like controls, various skill combos, and RPG-based elements, make C9 for me a pretty damn fun game.
Downloaded the game today, wanted to give it a try after hearing good storys about it, i chose the Shaman character & at the start you can costumize your character (kind of wich reminds me of the Sims games.. Outfit/Hair/Face etc.)
Didn't know i would play the game straight for 109minutes after just wanting to give it a small try.. For me this game is highly addictive, and for people who like RPG's, i would say this one belongs in the top, if not.. on number 1... As i gave several RPG's a fair try, but so far this game pulled me in the most. Maybe also because the graphics are much better and more 3D then other similair games.
This game is for free & also downloaded it with Steam.

Meanwhile, i played the game almost 6hrs without really having breaks ;x - lol, leveled up to level12 & i think i have a new addiction problem - I give myself max. a week, mostly i get bored from RPG's and give up after 1-2weeks max. but who knows xD lets see..

Did you get steam? or your getting it from somewhere else? i advise you to get steam for this game, as you have to make a account and only one gaming account can be connected per steam acount..
I didnt really have installation problems with this C9 game, however Tribes gave me a week of problems untill it started to work, but it was soooooo worth it xD

Dream Theater is one of the best bands ever..

Actually, i deleted the guild thing, then suddenly i had messages of members asking me why i left... I told them the truth that i had no clue wtf thats all about xD but they invited me back in, it seems like a nice guild of 22 ppl, they help in game with quests and stuff..
I actually really love this game, its so addicitive... But still Quake is my number 1 baby

Guilds are very helpful in games like that.
I play Perfect World International(essentially the same game), and there were times I needed a guild to progress through certain quests.

Actually i have been doing well since the start, never got myself killed by a huge monster... running around the monster works xD as it shoots/attacks and takes small breaks on certain moments.
But the guy who got me in the guild is level 45 or so :s or maye 54, i forgot... i am on level 20 right now (i had suprised people tell me how quick i went up lol xD) SO yeah, he has much stronger weapons etc. then i have, so i passed my quests almost 4times faster because he helped me on my side
Also what i like about this game is that you can also play & attack eachother in a arena, team vs. team its kinda cooll... I had this too with Drakensang Online, even tho i did like Drakensang alot, it doesnt even get close/compare to C9...

Meanwhile and some hours later of playing this, reached lvl 43, i like the guild i am in & fucking hell what a fun gmae ;D
If one of you guys desicide to give it a try /play it, then i would love to get you into the guild ;D

In PWI, you can challenge others to duels, and there are guild wars to control certain territories. It's pretty cool, if you're active and in an active guild.
You can also pk(player kill) others after you reach level 20, but it can only be level 20s or higher.
